My house, Picnic Cottage is available to rent from 15th January this month for weekly holiday rental until February 24th next month.
I am offering rental for £450 a week sleeping 6 people. Thats just £75pp for one week! The cottage has 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed room with adult size beds, one en suite shower room and another bathroom. It's just minutes from the river and the coastal path.
There's a real fire, central heating, great books to read, all creature comforts and only a minutes walk from 2 great pubs, the Ship Inn and The steam packet with the best river views.
You can bring your children or your dog as long as they are well behaved.
Will consider weekend rental also.
